Daily Responsibilities for Medical Front Office Admin:
- Scheduling new and follow-up patient appointments
- Check in patients as they arrive, verify demographics, collect co-payments
- Answer calls promptly and retrieve messages
- Mon-Fri 8:00am-5pm
- At least 6 months of experience working in any administrative capacity
- Experience handling 100-200 customers/patients daily
- Oncology experience
- Bilingual Spanish
- EMR Experience
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Access to Investment Accounts
- Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) Program
